Instructions to make to make Paneer Pizza Pockets
- Firstly take 250g Paneer and to it add 1 tsp Salt,1/2 tsp Parsley,1/2 tsp Oregano,1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes,some finely chopped Green Chillies and mix all this together.Now take this paneer in a cotton cloth and place a weight on top and leave for 30 minutes.Leave it in the fridge for a while.Now grate some of this paneer and then finely chop the other paneer.Now for the dough,to the Maida, add Salt,oil and lemon juice and make a tight dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

 - Now to the grated Paneer,add,finely Chopped red and green bell pepper,sweet corn,pizza sauce,salt per taste,oregano,Chopped green chillies,parsley,black pepper powder,salt per taste and chilli flakes.Now the stuffing is ready.


 - Now roll out a large chapati of the dough and then using a cutter,cut strips as seen in the pictures.Now on one side put about 1/2 tbsp of the stuffing and with a watery hand cover the other side and stick it.Now using fork,press from all sides.

 - Now keep this in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.Now heat the oil till medium hot and them fry them.

 - Now serve it by inserting stick and serve with sauce or any preferred dip
