  19. 1 Tbsp.Mint paste
  20. Charcoal For Smoke
  21. Onion rings to serve carrot beetroot slits salad spring onion

  1. Outer Layer:-Take a Both flour in a parrat.Add salt and knead a soft dough with beetroot puree. Leave it for 5-10 Min.
  2. Stuffing:-Mean while Grate paneer in a plate.Mix Salt chilli flex coriander spring onion black pepper powder. Mix well and give a charcoal smoke. Smoky paneer is reasy.
  3. Now make a mid.size ball from beetroot dough.And roll a roti.Cut into Square piece and stuff paneer mixture 1-2tsp.Apply water on edges. Fold it on opposite side and get a traiangle shape. Apply water on both sides and seal the edges.
    Apply milk brush and bake on 180*for 15-20 min.
    Take out and apply butter brush.
